SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Here at 'RYN Supply it is our priority to make sure that every customer is thrilled when they receive their package in the mail. Unfortunately there are going to be times when an item does not fit, and needs to be returned. Please read the policies below and please know that we appreciate your understanding.
- At this time we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50.00!
- Once order is placed, we will process and ship the order out within 24 hours. (please note this does not include orders received over the weekend or on holidays)
- Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We will do all that we can to help you track your package, but once it leaves our store and is in possession of USPS, it is out of our hands.
- 'RYN supply is not responsible for lost packages. Again please verify your address before placing order, and if you prefer insurance please select the priority shipping option.
- Instore and Online orders are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, and given to original customer in store, or emailed back to original email address that the order was placed under. The Following items are final sale and CANNOT be returned:
- Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
- Items marked Final Sale or purchased under the SALE tab
- Hair Accessories
- Bodysuits, Intimates, and/or Bralettes
- Beauty Products
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has tags attached. Returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Customer is responsible for the Return Shipping cost. Once the items that are being sent back for exchange or store credit are received at 'RYN Supply, we will ship out the exchanged item or gift card for store credit.
- If a returned item is returned with any signs of wear, or smells of smoke or is covered in pet hair, you will not receive credit and will be charged a $15 shipping and handling fee in order for us to return the item back to you, as we will not be able to sell the item in our store to another customer.
- WE DO NOT do exchanges. You will be issued a gift card for your returned item, and a new order will need to placed for the item that you are needing.
- ***Should an item be added to our sale tab within 24 hours of you purchasing at full price, you can contact us for a "ONE TIME" Price adjustment. The credit will be issued in the form of store credit. *** This does not apply to temporary promotions or discounts.
- Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel the order.
